Review:
If you're looking for an authentic experience in a beautiful location, this hotel is worth considering. the lodge is conveniently situated near the lagoon, allowing for easy access to various restaurants and water activities. the rooms are clean and the service provided by the staff is exceptional. Breakfast is lovely, and the view from the overwater bungalows is breathtaking. the only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable on hot days. the price and overall experience make up for it.

The value we got for our money at the Oa Oa Lodge was exceptional - clean, spacious bungalow with a huge bed, and a beautiful view from the terrace. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the port and city, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The poolside area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset views. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony overlooking the lagoon.
That the bungalows were located near a road and other establishments, so there was some noise from cars, boats, and people talking. It could get a bit loud, especially in the morning.

I came to unwind after a tough few years, and Bora Bora did not disappoint. The lodge's prime location in Vaitape made it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. The free pick-up and drop-off from the ferry pier were a nice touch. The bungalow was spacious and clean, with a stunning view from the terrace. Miti, the friendly owner/manager, went above and beyond to organize tours and provide valuable tips. The pool was great, and the inclusive breakfast served in the room was a treat. Plus, the availability of kayaks and paddleboards added to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!
Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The pool and view were mind-blowing, and the location felt private and peaceful. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bed and daily service. The included fridge and kitchenette were super handy. The free pick-up and drop-off from the ferry pier was a nice touch. The wifi was solid, and the included bikes were a great bonus. The sunset at the nearby yacht club was jaw-dropping. we felt like we had underpaid for the amazing treatment and location. We even had manta rays swimming up to our balcony! We saw the milky way and the fish jumping in the ocean every night. If we ever return to this paradise, we would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

Our stay at Oa Oa Lodge was fantastic. We spent three nights in a comfortable bungalow with water views. The staff was incredibly hospitable and spoke great English. The shower pressure was amazing, and the huge, firm bed provided a comfortable sleep. We enjoyed our meals on the wonderful little patio and had fun playing cards in the evenings. The location was convenient, close to a supermarket and a short walk to Matira Beach. The staff's helpfulness and the availability of bikes on-site added to the overall experience. We had a great time snorkeling and swimming off the property, and the pool felt like our own private oasis.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the bay/ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for activities and restaurants. Plus, the price was reasonable compared to other options in the area.
There was a night club next door that turned into a noisy party spot on the weekends. Trying to get a good night's sleep before 1am was nearly impossible.

The location of the hotel was great - close to the town and local eateries. The pool was good and offered great views. The on-site restaurant was also a positive aspect. The staff were helpful and booked our tours and scooter rentals. The supermarket being close by was convenient.
The garden bungalow was noisy and lacked air conditioning. The bathroom was old and not well maintained.

The value for money at Oa Oa Lodge was outstanding, especially considering the fantastic view from our overwater bungalow. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home, with Tom providing us with excellent local tips. The location was convenient for exploring the island, and the complimentary bikes were a great touch. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Roulotte Food Trucks and had a sweet treat from the Crepe Truck. The crystal clear water at the nearby point was breathtaking, and the included WiFi and infinity pool added to our enjoyable stay.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was basic but had everything we needed, and the view from our overwater bungalow was amazing. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the town center, and the staff, especially Tom, were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
